Terms for using this site and booking tuition
These terms apply to visits to cloud-mappoint.digital and to sittings, workshops, clinics, and stretches booked with Cloud Mappoint of Thornhaugh, United Kingdom.
Acceptance
By browsing the site or sending an enquiry you agree to these terms. If you book a sitting, the confirmation note and the refund note also apply. If you cannot accept them, do not send charts or pay a deposit.
Who we are
Cloud Mappoint provides education in support and resistance mapping for active traders. It is not a broker, a fund, or an advisory firm. The studio address is 90 Buckingham Rd Thornhaugh PE8 7UA United Kingdom. Contact: info@cloud-mappoint.digital and 07785203928.
Nature of the work
Tuition covers how to mark zones, choose swings, and write invalidation on charts you already trade. Nothing on the site or in a sitting is a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment. You remain responsible for orders, size, and whether you deal at all. Past maps, stories, and journal notes are illustrations, not forecasts.
Bookings
A sitting is reserved when we confirm the date in writing and, where a deposit is required, when that deposit arrives. You must send charts in the form requested. If files arrive unreadable or for a market you cannot describe, we may postpone the hour rather than guess.
Your materials
Charts you send remain yours. We use them only to prepare and run the sitting, and to send you the marked pack. We do not publish your book without written permission. We may keep an unmarked copy for a limited time as described in the privacy note, then delete it.
Intellectual property
The site copy, method descriptions, workbooks, and marked teaching examples produced by Cloud Mappoint are owned by Cloud Mappoint. You may keep your own annotated pack for personal use. You may not copy the workbook for a desk, resell the method as a course, or present the studio’s sheets as your product.
Conduct
Sittings may be ended early, without refund of time already used, if a visitor is abusive, records the hour against the house rule, or presses for live calls after being told the studio does not give them.
Liability
Trading involves the risk of loss, including loss greater than the fee paid for tuition. To the fullest extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, Cloud Mappoint is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or decisions you take after a sitting. We remain liable for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. For other claims arising from a booked sitting, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for that sitting.
Site availability
The website is provided as a static brochure and enquiry route. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change as dates and fees change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you book is the version that applies to that booking. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new text for future visits.
